Professor Alexandre Denoyer, MD, PhD, FEBO, is French Prof. in Ophthalmology. He currently works at Robert Debré University Hospital, Reims, France.

Main fields of practice

  • Corneal and ocular surface diseases. Dry eye disease, corneal dystrophy, keratoconus, corneal neuropathic pain.
  • Corneal grafts. OCT-guided endothelial grafts (DMEK) and deep anterior lamelar grafts (DALK), penetrating keratoplasty, laser phototherapeutic keratectomy.
  • Cataract surgery. Microincision cataract surgery and intraoperative assistance for implantation, premium IOLs, femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery (femtophaco, FLACS)
  • Refractive surgery. Myopia, astigmatism, hyperopia, presbyopia. Photorefractive keratectomy. Clear lens exchange, PRELEX.

 


Education & Research

Prof. Denoyer teaches at the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne (URCA).

He drives clinical and basic researches at the Institut de la Vision, INSERM, and Quinze-Vingts National Ophthalmol Hospital, Paris, France.

He is also editorial assistant of the Journal Français d’Ophtalmologie.
